Online Lesson Planning System
The Easy Lesson Planner is an online lesson planning system that was built to help teachers with their lesson plans and documentation.  The system tracks the state or local standards throughout the year and generates reports to let teachers know where they are in their teaching.  The system also self-generates a teacher assignment page and calendar for parent viewing via the Internet.  Plans are submitted online to the administrators for approval.  To find out more, please visit our product specific web site... http://www.easylessonplanner.com.

Parent Portal System
Online Custom Portal for Parents and Teachers
In 2005, we developed a private Portal system for a school that contained many great features for both teachers and parents.  Teachers were able to view class rosters, send emails to parents of an entire class, and place assignments on a calendar for parents. Parents were able to view assignments, grades, lunch money accounts, attendance, send emails to teachers, view schedules and more.  The system tracked/stored emails for documentation, kept sent/received emails, and provided reports for administrators on the usage of the Portal.

Work Order Systems

The development of work order systems has been a large amount of the work that we incur.  Work order systems provide a level of authorization for work order submissions, a tracking mechanism for lost or unfilled work order requests, and a much better way to organize and complete work orders in a timely fashion.  Our work order systems have been used in several districts and have proven to be more of a value to the school than even expected.
